The creation of a new department within an unused lightwell space at the centre of an existing clinical building.
The highly serviced space included Safe Heating for a clinical environment, Mechanical Ventilation (inc HTM compliant Air Handling), Hot and Cold Water services, Medical Gases, Nurse Call System, Staff Alarm and Bed Head Services, Power and Earthing systems for Group 2 Medical Locations, Power, Data and AV Wiring, Lighting, Emergency Lighting and Examination Lighting, Access Control and CCTV, Passenger Lift and Fire Alarm System integration.
The design and implementation of the Project was delivered on time and on budget to a delighted client and subsequently opened by Jamie Roberts, the Wales and British Lions International Rugby Star.
