Phased refurbishment of the first and second floors, central toilet block/changing rooms, KS3 toilets, new library and RTL room located within the main school building.
BJP provided the mechanical design utilising new VRF DX heating system, mechanical ventilation, hot and cold water services and above ground drainage. The electrical design included the rewire of all areas with new power, data, AV services, lighting and alarms.
The integration and co-ordination with existing services and combined site wide systems provided the biggest challenge.
The project was completed successfully within budget and on time for the new academic year.
