A Grade II Listed Almshouse complex with private courtyard set over two levels in the Centre of Bath

Redeveloped for St. John’s Foundation, this provides ten fully functional, high quality, spacious and luxurious residential maisonettes and apartments known as ‘The Hiding Space’ for visitors to Bath. 

BJP provided the full design of mechanical and electrical services on the Project including heating, hot and cold water, ventilation, power, data, telephone, satellite tv, alarms and access control. The necessary services infrastructure was provided to allow the building to meet its intended requirements. The latest advances in design and technology and state-of-the-art systems were introduced with safety, security and energy efficient measures, bringing the quality of accommodation up to present day standards.
